Description

This painting is named Solitude because it best describes the feeling I had while painting in Monet's Gardens. Nine other artists and myself got to go in each night after the property closed to visitors and we literally had the place to ourselves. We would scatter and paint in solitude until the last ray of sunshine was gone.
