I picked up these cherries on the way to visit my Mother in SE Kansas. They were so good to eat and such a beautiful color I had to paint them. The crystal bowl was my Grandmother Anna Nations and is about 100 years old. First time I've painted crystal or cherries and it was really fun! Mom slept through it but when she awakened she said "Oh, I see what you are doing"!
